As a business development specialist at Kairos Appraisal, Kristine is proud to be an active member of the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals for many years. Her diverse background in the Mortgage Industry began in 1998 as loan officer for Ameriquest soon after she was promoted to Branch Manager and then moving into the Wholesale side with their sister company Argent as an Account Executive and then promoted to VP of Sales until the 2008 financial crisis hit. Kristine has held numerous positions from loan officer to branch manager, to business development, marketing sales associate, account executive, Area Sales Manager and VP of Sales. She has had the pleasure of working for Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions, Caliber, Wells Fargo, Bay Equity, Mortgage Investors Corp., Argent (Citigroup) and Ameriquest.  All of these various positions have given her the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional service to our members.

When she is not glued to her computer working, she is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys rock climbing, skiing, ski touring, cycling, paddle boarding, among others.
