Nominations can come from anyone in the industry, and any related/affiliated industries, so please forward this to your Team, Colleagues, Office Staff, Co-workers, Professional Partners, etc.
Each year, WAMP proudly recognizes mortgage professionals who elevate our industry through excellence, leadership, and service. Our annual awards celebrate individuals who not only perform at a high level, but who also make a lasting impact on their clients, peers, and communities.
Please nominate at least one person or company per category.
AWARD CATEGORIES
• Top Mortgage Producer – ICON Award This honor is reserved for mortgage professionals who not only achieve exceptional annual volume (minimum $100 million), but also lead with integrity, maintain a predominantly referral-based business, actively serve their communities, and are highly respected by peers and industry partners. This award celebrates the best of the best—those who elevate the mortgage profession through leadership, service, and lasting impact.
• Jane Jones Award – Women Lifetime achievement for above and beyond service to, and involvement in, the mortgage industry and/or related industries; a minimum of 15 years industry experience.
• Jim Fitzgerald (The Fitz) Award - Men Lifetime achievement for above and beyond service to, and involvement in, the mortgage industry and/or related industries; a minimum of 15 years industry experience.
• Business & Humanitarian Leadership Award - Mortgage Loan Originator Minimum 5 years’ experience. Nominees are individuals who consistently give back—through charitable involvement, industry leadership, and community service—while maintaining a strong commitment to their clients and profession.
• Real Estate - Company Recognizes a real estate company that demonstrates professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to serving clients and the broader real estate community.
• Real Estate – Professional/Individual Honors an individual real estate professional who exemplifies leadership, integrity, and excellence in client service and industry collaboration.
• Title and Escrow - Company Recognizes a title and escrow company that consistently delivers exceptional service, reliability, and partnership within the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Title and Escrow – Professional / Individual Honors an individual title or escrow professional who stands out for expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to smooth, successful transactions.
• Wholesale Mortgage - Company Recognizes a wholesale mortgage lender that demonstrates strong partnership, product innovation, and consistent support for the broker community.
• Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive – Professional / Individual Honors a wholesale mortgage account executive who goes above and beyond to support partners through knowledge, responsiveness, and relationship-driven service.
• Mortgage Company - Broker or Retail Lender Recognizes a mortgage company that exemplifies excellence in lending, leadership, and client-focused service across the home financing process.
• Mortgage Affiliate - Company Non-mortgage originating company (e.g. credit, appraisal, insurance, technology, etc.).
• Mortgage Affiliate – Professional/Individual Non-mortgage originator industry professional (e.g. credit, appraisal, insurance, technology, etc.).
