About the Event

WAMP is hosting four well-respected and highly-experience local Real Estate Appraisers to “pull back the curtain" on appraisal reports and discuss things like appraisal red-flags, challenges with comparables, what really determines value, as well as the challenges and changes directly affecting appraisals in the Washington market.  This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from local appraisers, and ask them one-on-one those “burning questions” you have every time an appraisal is delayed, or comes in lower than expected, or uses one comparable versus another.  

There will also be a “meet and greet” with the appraisers, and a networking event, following the Appraiser Panel Discussions.  Be sure to bring your Agent partners!
